All purchases are final. We do not accept returns or issue refunds. We cannot guarantee delivery dates or assume responsibility for delays due to weather, carrier issues, or other unforeseen circumstances. Carrier shipping delays are not grounds for refunds.

 

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately at info@synthetix5.com if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Photographic evidence must be submitted.
