The reason why I gave this product a one is because I never received it. I have seen countless five-star reviews on this product product, and since I've never ordered from this company before I decided to give it a try. I opted for 2 day delivery, and since I usually use priority I didn't know what to expect shipping wise. Now that it's been well over a week or two I know that the package has either been lost or delivered to the wrong address. I'm sure the product is wonderful I just have yet to try it out.
